Background and Development of Food Crisis in Sri Lanka

In year 2022, Sri lanka has faced the biggest food crisis in the recent history. Even though the financial crisis is sighted as a major reason, many different actors have contributed to the crisis earning it the name “Multi-dimensional Food Crisis”. This report tries to analyse the drivers behind the food crisis and some lessons to be learned.
